Modular and pre-assembled units are provided with forklift or crane lift points as required. Window options include double-glazed safety glass, wire glass, polycarbonate, or bullet resistant glass and may be installed straight or sloped. Door options include single-leaf, double-leaf or sliding, with or without windows. Silencers as required for ventilation or equipment needs that maintain the acoustic requirement of the customer are also supplied. 

As required units can have factory installed, computer and raised floor systems, electrical and lighting systems, HVAC systems and plumbing designed to meet customer requirements 

Rooms and enclosures are constructed using wall and roof panels with numerous options including 16 or 12 gage solid skin, 16 or 22 gage perforated face sheets, carbon steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel or special bullet-resistant construction. A range of acoustical performance requirements can be achieved, normally STC 40-56 though higher performance can be provided as necessary. The panel construction provides a Thermal Insulation Value of R-14 and higher. The interior and exterior can be finish painted in accordance with customer color preferences. 

 Test Cell systems are optimized for aero - acoustic performance based upon the configuration and test requirements of the customer. Test Cells can be provided as modular, containerized or demountable units dependent on the user requirements. For larger facilities alternate approaches are offered; a weather proof portal structural steel frame that supports the acoustic panels or a structural acoustic wall and roof panel system. Facilities include control and equipment rooms as required together with silencers for the equipment and engines. Doors are provided to enable ease of access for equipment and operational requirements. A range of windows including bullet resistant glass can also be provided to enable testing to be monitored.  

Rooms and enclosures are custom configured to suit customer requirements using pre-engineered 

wall and ceiling panels, doors, windows and silencers. To insure that requirements are met; isolated floors, access panels, removable wall and  

ceiling panels are provided where necessary,
